Carl, I had indicated in earlier emails that I would call on you and thank you personally for the bouquet of flowers that you delivered to the “Cellar Door Restaurant” last Saturday. Unfortunately I ran out of time ( The South Island weather had us snow bound for a day - so we were in catch up mode for the rest of our time ) so I apologise for not making a “personal” contact. She sent me pictures of the amazing bouquet you created and all I can say is I was well impressed not only with the generous size but how fresh they were – my mum is very discerning when it comes to flowers.
