We have received order sheets from the flower wholesalers to order our roses for Valentines Day; 14th February is only four weeks away. So we are getting ready for our biggest day of the year for flowers in Nelson.

Funeral Tribute for musician
This week we had an interesting funeral tribute to make for a family, this entitled incorporating the deceased’s trumpet in with the flowers to sit on top of the casket.

The trumpet needed to be secure so that it did not wobble or tip when the casket was being moved. I always enjoy these challenges; one never knows each day as a florist what will be coming.
